Acceptance
Requesting a project and accepting a written brief/contract creates the engagement under these terms and the package scope.
Packages
Spot, Film and Campaign scopes and prices as published on Pricing (exclude VAT). Add-ons and retainer as published. Brand projects quoted separately.
Payment
No prepayment after brief/contract acceptance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Watermarked preview for approvals. Invoice payable within 7 days. Clean masters and contracted source files released after payment.
Revisions
Limited to package caps; extras billed.
Spec work
Portfolio Spec pieces are not commissioned by the brands shown and must keep the Spec disclaimer when referenced.
IP
Client receives usage rights to final masters as stated in the contract after payment. Tools, prompts, intermediate assets and studio know-how remain with AIQ unless the contract says otherwise.
AI disclosure
Client is responsible for final Article 50 / advertising disclosure decisions; AIQ provides disclosure-ready materials when scoped.
Liability
Services provided under the written scope; no guarantee of marketing performance, rankings or platform approval.
Governing context
Belgrade, Serbia company; EU/UK B2B buyers. Full governing-law clause to be completed with legal counsel when DOO details are ready.
